These problems can be reduced by various professional supports. In this study, individual counseling for adults with a history of child sexual abuse in terms of social work was specifically addressed. First, the theme of individual counseling in terms of social work was included. Counseling for adults with a history of child sexual abuse was addressed in three stages. In the first stage, themes such as establishing a professional relationship with the client, ethical responsibilities of the social worker, and the characteristics of the interview environment were included. In the second stage, themes such as addressing the problem of the client and the causes of this problem and respecting the autonomy of the client while doing this, cognitive evaluation and coping styles of the client regarding sexual abuse were included. In the third stage, the techniques that can be used to solve the emotional and behavioral problems of the client are discussed. As a result, it was mentioned that there is a need for specific implementation studies regarding traumatic problem areas such as child sexual abuse in social work.Item ULUSLARARASI TİCARET VE LOJİSTİK ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ: G20 ÜLKELERİ ÖRNEĞİ(Uluslararası İktisadi ve İdari İncelemeler Dergisi, 2021-01-25) Korkut, Yasemin; Yavuz, Sema; Zeren, FeyyazUluslararası ticaret ve lojistik arasındaki bağlantı, ticarete konu malların hızlı ve güvenilir bir şekilde taşınması ve depolanması ihtiyacından doğmaktadır. Lojistik faaliyetlerinin uluslararası ticaret işlemlerini kolaylaştırması ve uluslararası ticaretin de lojistik ekonomisini ve faaliyetlerini güçlendirmeye yardımcı olması sebebiyle bu iki sektör arasında karşılıklı bir ilişkiden söz edilebilir. Bu çalışma sektörler arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi ve hangi sektörün gelişiminin diğerinin gelişimine neden olduğunun farklı değişkenler baz alınarak belirlenmesi üzerine tasarlanmıştır. Bu bağlamda yapılan panel eşbütünleşme ve panel nedensellik analizleri ile çalışmanın lojistik yönü olan ülkelerin karayolları, demiryolları, havayolları ve denizyollarına yaptıkları altyapı harcamaları ve yine bu ülkelerin uluslararası ticaretini temsilen kullanılan cari işlemler dengesi verileri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre cari işlemler dengesi ve tüm altyapı harcamalarının uzun dönemde birlikte hareket ettiği belirlenmiştir. Öte yandan demiryolu altyapı harcamaları ile cari işlemler dengesi arasında çift yönlü bir nedensellik ilişkisi tespit edilmiş ve cari işlemler dengesinden karayolu altyapı harcamalarına doğru ise tek yönlü bir nedensellik söz konusudur.Item Determination of The Critical Success Factors in Disaster Management Through The Text Mining Assisted Ahp Approach(Sakarya University Journal of Computer and Information Sciences, 2021-04-30) Cebeci, Halil İbrahim; Korkut, YaseminIn the academic field and as well as the application field, substantial attention has been drawn to coping with disasters. Since natural dangers causing a large proportion of disasters cannot be avoided, attempts to combat disasters have centered on preventing hazards from evolving into disasters through measures and restructuring works taken before, during, and after the disaster. There are many players involved in the disaster management process and many factors are influential in the effectiveness of this process. Among these factors, deciding the critical ones offers significant advantages, particularly in terms of practical studies. Concentrating on a single stakeholder in deciding the factors crucial to the success of this management structure, which has many stakeholders, can cause to ignoring the significant viewpoints of other stakeholder groups. Accordingly, for the evaluation of several success factors achieved as a result of a thorough and systematic literature review, the purpose of our study is to develop a common critical success factor model that will represent both the viewpoints of operational experts and academic experts, who constitute the stakeholders of this domain. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is utilized to determine the opinions of field experts while the text mining method was used to determine the perspectives of academics. In the study, therefore, a new AHP model assisted by text mining is introduced. Socio-cultural factors were brought to light by the analysis results of the suggested model. It has been determined by the results of the study that these two perspectives are overlapped largely in the organizational field and relatively in socio-cultural, environmental, and legal fields.Item Açık Erişim Tanıtım Sunumu(Yalova Üniversitesi, 2019-06-15) Yener, RamazanItem Çalışmaya Tutkunluğun Motivasyona Etkisi: Türkiye’deki Vakıf Üniversitesi Kütüphaneleri Örneği(Uşak Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Dergisi, 2018-09) Yener, Ramazan; Polat, Özgür; Tuysuz, MustafaAçıklayıcı araştırma yöntemi ile yapılan bu araştırma, Türkiye’deki vakıf üniversitesi kütüphanelerinin çalışanlarının çalışmaya olan tutkunluklarının, motivasyonlarına olan etkisini belirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Motivasyon ölçeği olarak TeckHong ve Waheed tarafından 2011 yılında motivasyon ve iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkiyi ölçmek için kullanılan Motivasyon Anketi kullanılmıştır. Bu ölçekte ilk 14 soru motivasyon faktörlerini ölçmekte, 16 soru da hijyen faktörlerini ölçmektedir. Çalışmaya tutkunluğu ölçmek için ise, 2006 yılında Schaufeli ve diğerleri tarafından geliştirilen ölçek kullanılmıştır. Bu ölçekte, dinçlik, adanmışlık ve yoğunlaşma boyutlarını ölçen toplam 17 soru yer almaktadır. Araştırma için Türkiye’deki vakıf üniversitesi kütüphaneleri ile iletişime geçilmiş ve bu kütüphanelerde çalışan 116 kişinin katılımı sağlanmıştır. Toplanan verilerle çalışmaya tutkunluk ölçeği ve motivasyon ölçeği için faktör analizi, regresyon analizi, bağımsız gruplar t-testi ve katılımcıların yaşlarına göre Kruskal Wallis testi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçları daha önce yapılmış araştırmaların sonuçlarıyla karşılaştırılarak sunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda, vakıf üniversitesi kütüphanesi çalışanlarının çalışmaya tutkunluklarının motivasyonlarına pozitif yönde etki ettiği bulunmuştur.
