dc.description.abstractModernleşme sürecinde geleneksel geniş aile yapıları hızla kırılmaya başlamış ve çekirdek aile yapıları, dahası parçalanmış aile yapıları sıklıkla görülmeye başlanmıştır. Aile kurumunun geçmişe nazaran önemini yitirmesiyle aile politikaları önem kazanmaya başlamış ve özellikle çocuklara yönelik faaliyetlerde artış yaşanmıştır. Sosyal devlet anlayışı çerçevesinde çocukları korumaya yönelik uygulamalar kapsamında ailesi yanında korunamayan ve temel bakımları sağlanamayan çocukları korumaya yönelik alternatif bakım yöntemleri geliştirilmiştir. Bu yöntemler içinde çocuğun kurum bakımından ziyade aile ortamında yetişip topluma kazandırılması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Çalışmamız kapsamında korunmaya ihtiyaç duyan çocuklara aile ortamında sunulan hizmetlerden biri olan koruyucu aile hizmeti incelenmiştir. In the process of modernization, traditional large family structures began to break down rapidly, and core family structures, as well as fragmented family structures, often began to be seen. With the loss of importance of the family institution compared to the past, family politics gained importance and there was an increase in activities especially for children. Within the framework of the social protection concept, alternative care methods have been developed to protect children who are not protected by their families and whose basic care is not provided. In these methods, it is very important for the child to be educated and raised in the family environment in terms of the institution. For the children in need of protection within the scope of our work, protective family service, one of the services offered in the family environment, has been examined.tr_TR
