Abstract
Evsizlik, sosyal gerilemelere sebep olan bir olgudur. Sokakta geçirilen süre ile evsiz bireyin evsizlik öncesindeki mikro düzeyde aile, makro düzeyde ise toplumsal ilişkilerini sosyal düzeyde yeniden kurması zorlaşmaktadır. Belirtilen bağlamda evsiz bireylerin sokakta geçirdikleri sürenin en aza indirilebilmesi için koruyucu ve önleyici hizmetlere ihtiyaç bulunmaktadır. Evsiz bireylerin evsiz barınaklarında sosyalleşmeleri ise daha çok evsiz barınaklarının faaliyetlerinin çeşitliliğiyle ilişkilendirilebilecek bir durumdur. Evsiz barınaklarındaki uygulamaların bireylerin hayatında olumlu değişim sağlaması için sosyal hizmet plan ve programları ile desteklenmesi gerekmektedir.
Evsiz bireylerin sosyal ilişkilerinin düzeyini belirlemek için yapılan bu çalışma nitel yöntem kullanılarak yapılandırılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında evsiz bireylere yarı yapılandırılmış sorular yöneltilmiş ve elde edilen bulgular değerlendirilmiştir. Barınma evlerinde ortaya çıkan sosyal ilişkiler daha çok aynı kaderi paylaşan evsiz bireylerin empatik duygularla grup içi dayanışma bağlamında, paylaşma temelinde oluşmaktadır. Evsizlik sürecinin sonlandırılmasında mikro düzeyde sınırlı arkadaş ilişkileriyle beliren sosyal ilişkilerin, evsiz barınaklarının makro sistemle kuracakları rehabilite edici hizmetlerle çeşitlendirilmesi gerekmektedir.
Homelessness is a phenomenon that causes social decline. With the time spent on the streets, it becomes difficult for the homeless person to re-establish his / her pre-homelessness social relations with family at the micro level and with society at the macro level. In the specified context, preventive and protective services are needed to minimize the duration of time that the homeless individuals live on streets. Socialization of homeless individuals in homeless shelter is more likely to be associated with the diversity of activities of homeless shelter. Practices in homeless shelters should be supported with social work plans and programs in order to ensure positive change in individuals' lives.
This study to determine the level of social relationships of homeless individuals, is structured using qualitative method. Within the scope of the study, semi-structured questions were asked to homeless individuals and the findings obtained were evaluated. Social relations that arise in shelters are mostly formed in the context of solidarity and sharing within the group with empathic feelings of homeless individuals who share the same fate. In terminating the homelessness process, the social relationships that appear with limited friendships at the micro level should be diversified by the rehabilitative services that the homeless shelters will establish with the macro system.
