Abstract
To provide tranquility and order in a society is possible only if , constitutingand protecting justice, equility, freedom, peace and security in it. Law is arule of social order that confront every area of social life and needed everytime by everyone. It is very important that to be embraced by individuals ofsociety and the stationary culture of obeying these rules right along witheffectiveness, deterrence and providing justice characteristics of these ruleswhich are binding and existed by orders and prohibitions. The first aim oflegal education is training individuals who know their own rights andresponsibilities and strong personalities. Thus it will be contribute thisstationary conscious that is studied law lessons in the field of social sciencesat least associate degree. The other aim is need of quilified manpower in thefield of law in practice. There is a need for well-educated jurists to ensurethat the state can successfully fulfill the function of legislative executivejurisdiction. These human resources are primarily provided by law faculties,and are being met by other faculties and vocational schools.As the number of faculties and vocational schools increased every year, theydo not fully meet the needs of the present. The shortage of teaching academicstaff and inadequate practice made law education questionable. Manystudents, including students studying at the law faculties, are unaware of thejustice mechanisms such as courts, executive offices and execution centersduring their education period, and it is unfortunately observed that some ofthem remain helpless with theoretical knowledge after graduation and areforced to seek help from permanent practitioners. At the level of associatedegree, the situation is not very welcoming. However, the Vocational Schoolsof Justice are associate degree programs opened with the aim of educatingthe justice assistant service personnel who have the basic legal concepts andbasic legal principles, the legal profession's justice profession ethics and theability to solve the problems of continuous learning and basic law.Law education at the associate degree has become a center of attraction ofthe vocational schools of justice, and the law department and the JusticePrograms have been established in many vocational colleges as well as thenumber of students has increased significantly. Nowadays, the numberexceeds 700; Vocational schools; Vocational Schools of Social SciencesVocational Schools of Health Sciences etc. There are many different programs within the vocational schools established by name. Justiceprogramme is one of these. In addition to formal education, there is also anundergraduate education in justice in the field of open education faculties.When we examined the conditions of learning of open and distanceeducation schools, it is seen that education is provided with materialsconsisting of slides. Especially the lack of current term practising lessons andsummer internship education is a big problem in the phase of activity. Interms of vocational student development, it is a fact known to those who arestudying in formal education and who are graduates who are well versed inthe formal education, knowing professional difficulties and professionalterms when compared to formal education. Despite this, the advantages offormal education are clear and diminishing in distance education.In our study, we are concerned about the problems of formal education inthe field of law, open and distance associate degree education and numbersof these institutions, success statistics in employment, differences betweenthe curriculums of these and in which learning efficacy evaluation will bemade on the subjects.
